Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations at this time. That said, we truly want you to love your order—so if you have any concerns, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on tracking). Unfortunately, we’re unable to review claims after this timeframe. If your request is approved, you may be asked to return the item. Once received, store credit will be issued—we do not offer refunds.

Please note: a valid tracking number must be provided within 48 hours of approval. If tracking is not provided or the item is not received, store credit will not be issued.
